There are many different types of yoga, each with its own focus and approach. Here are some of the most popular types of yoga:   Hatha Yoga: This is the most common form of yoga, and focuses on physical postures and breathing techniques to balance the body and mind. Yoga Asnas, Yoga Poses

Yoga is basically meant for Asnas or Poses. Any posture you are attaining or breathing in a disciplined manner is referred to as Asna in the Hindi language and Posture or Pose in the English language. Sukhasana (Easy Pose) Just sit with your legs folded and hands placed on the knees with a straight backbone in the most comfortable posture. Some expert practitioners place their ankles on their thighs to experience the stretch of feet muscles with a more straightened backbone. Others who find it difficult, just place their feet on the floor and sit in a basic posture. Benefits Helps eliminate tension and anxiety. You feel better and more at home in this pose. Makes you mentally sound. EASY POSE (SUKHASANA) Boat Pose It is called Naukasna in traditional Indian Yoga. You need to make the shape of the boat by lifting your legs in the air while sitting.
