Tantra Yoga

Tantra practices are defined as very ancient and mysterious by nature in the global and particularly Indian mythologies. It is said that Tantra charms can be very fruitful if performed for good or extremely harmful to someone if done for evil. When you hear the word Tantra do you imagine good experiences or some harmful mysterious experiences take place in your mind?

When we say Tantric, any common man would just visualize some unknown Sadhu with long hair, wearing several Rudraksha Malas and Yantras, chanting hidden traditional Mantras sitting in some graveyard at the midnight, and controlling many people at his will during the day time.

Several modern Sadhus described Tantra as a mechanism to complete a particular task perfectly. As Tantra Yoga is being modernized, some conflicts have also emerged between the east and west Tantra ideologies. Many Yogis in India believe that Tantra is related to meditation and specific Mudras that connect our soul with the divine whereas western Tantra teachers and coaches believe that it is directly related to physical satisfaction. They relate the practices of the Tantra technique to the great Indian mythological teachings called "Vigyan Bhairav Tantra". They research the divine and energy and its co-relation within every human being's body.

Nowadays many Tantric schools are opened globally giving classes online and offline. Their attendees also share very positive feedback about how their life changed drastically after joining these classes. We may see many videos online showing the shaking of the bodies automatically upon the movements of a coach giving instructions alongside.
